Sites requiring members search to be paid
Sites which allow or repeatedly have Adult ads on their site or in the Paid To Promote Page
Any site which has in the past or present has repeatedly run forced downloads, trojans, 0 iframes, malware, spyware on thier sites.
Unethical Practices ie this could be any kind of unethical practice deemed inappropriate for a site
Sites that have been repeatedly sold and traded *see owners listed below
