By signing up and actively using the PecoMail program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. PecoMail may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.

Members will be notified of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their set method of communication (program inbox, email, or both). If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the PecoMail program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.


Sign-Up

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to members from the following countries:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States

* If you are not from one of the above countries and you attempt to signup your account will be terminated without notice.

We do not accept sign-ups using Yahoo email addresses of any kind. Yahoo is rejecting emails from our site. If you signup with yahoo email your account will be terminated.

Due to strict spam laws, if you reside in Michigan or Utah you must select Inbox Only for site communication and email ads. If your account is found to be set to emails rather than inbox only, your account will be deleted.

Responsibility of Members

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not falsify information. If your user information is found incomplete ie. your first name, last name, (initials are not acceptable), or your pay account/email/address is invalid/incomplete, your account will be terminated.

All information including address and zip/country codes must be filled in properly and be correct information. All IPs must be from the correct countries. If account information is incomplete or not filled in with correct information you risk your account being removed.

You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer or internet service must not be shared with another individual that has an existing PecoMail account.

You will use your username or email address / password combination to access your account. You will keep your password confidential, and not allow others to access your account. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your PecoMail account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed inappropriate or illegal by PecoMail be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You agree to receive e-mail advertising from PecoMail. You agree to read and consider offers from our advertisers.

Blocking cookies or javascript will result in problems with login, pages not loading correctly and your account not being credited. Please make sure you have cookies and javascript turned on.

Pecomail offers a Promo page to promote. Please see all rules before promoting.

Turning images off in your browser or Ad Blocking Software is not allowed. Using either method to have pages load faster is considered cheating. You are being paid to read, view, and consider the advertisers’ offers. So please do not turn images off in your browser using Ad Blocking software in paid to click sections.

* This does not include the use of Pop-Up Blockers or programs meant to protect your computer from malicious software.

Using the source code to click links is inappropriate. If you do not see a link in the ptc section do not attempt to read the links via the source code. If found doing so your account will be deleted.

Members having bouncing email will be set in inbox only; bouncing 3 times after being set to inbox only will result in deletion of your account.

Accounts which may become blocked from the site - emails will be put on inbox only until the situation is remedied. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from PecoMail, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Checking Interest Categories suggesting you Cheat or Don't Read English will result in immediate termination of your account.

Repeated clicking of bad turing numbers will result in immediate termination of your account.

If you are found saving emails up and reclicking them every 24 hours this is considered cheating. You may click an email once. Ads are resent if they are clickable in 24 hours please do not save the links to click on later. Your account will be terminated if you are doing this.

All emails, and communications, including admin messages, are considered confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. All communications are intended solely for members of PecoMail. This is notice that disclosing, copying, distributing or posting on bulletin boards or forums of this information is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Site Content is copyright and may not be used elsewhere. Articles and content must have written permission to be used.

Using cheat software of any kind to read your emails will be immediate grounds for termination of your account.

Opening multiple emails at one time is not allowed.

Anonymous proxies are not allowed. Hiding your IP is not allowed. If you are found to be using an anonymous proxy your account will be terminated.

Inactive Members will be put on "Not Active" status (you will no longer receive emails) after 30 days. Accounts are purged after 60 days. You must login every 30 days and click on an email or ptc to keep your account active or to reactivate your account after 30 days.

You must be 20% as active as your downline to earn from your downline.

Vacation mode may be used for up to 60 days. If you are going to be gone longer than this, please contact us via the contact form and let us know the reason so your account is not considered inactive and thereby deleted.

Auctions of PecoMail accounts and redemptions are not allowed. You may not sell or give away your redemptions or accounts.. If you are caught doing so, your account will be terminated and all earnings forfeited. Accounts are nontransferable.

If your account is deleted for any reason other then inactivity, you may NOT rejoin Pecomail. If you do your account will automatically be terminated.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and PecoMail are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and PecoMail. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of PecoMail. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

PecoMail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the PecoMail program, even if PecoMail has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, PecoMail aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members may earn in a variety of ways by receiving paid emails, purchasing products, rebates, paid offers and and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by PecoMail. Members may earn by referring new members to the PecoMail program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by PecoMail.

PecoMail will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate. Once you have reached the minimum, payout is automatic monthly.

Option for Advertising Only, This option is not to save earnings; it is for those who want to use their earnings for advertising. This is for redemptions ONLY! Your account will be noted you have choosen this option.

Paypal accounts MUST be verified. If your account is not a verified Paypal Personal, Business, or Premiere account it will be terminated. Payments which are rejected, unclaimed or refunded without prior contact with support will NOT be refunded. All payments are done masspay. There is no fee to the member to accept payments.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. Spamming), forums, newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with PecoMail and may result in legal prosecution. PecoMail strictly enforces anti-spam laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present, and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the spamming incident.

Misrepresentation or falsifying information to recruit sign-ups of PecoMail will be automatic grounds for termination.
